Establish a communication network with the Client, to understand what is important to the Client / User Group and to utilize that research to create a project that best serves the needs of everyone involved.

Develop a design concept that, in conjunction with both internal and external stake holders, establishes a built image that fits the programmatic goals of the project and which in turn responds to the project schedule, budget and aesthetics.

Provide a design and subsequent documents to enable the Client to showcase the project for community & jurisdictional review needs, acquire accurate pricing and build the project to meet the demands of an ever changing complex set of building codes, all the while striving to satisfy the needs of the Client.
